I sent them an e-mail inquiring specifically about the regular and fat-free
caramel apple dip, but asked them about all of their products.  This is the
response I received today.

At the present time, Litehouse produces several hundred products.  Currently,
only the following products have a trace amount of gluten:

Roasted Red Bell Pepper
Cajun Marinade
Seafood Sauce
Sesame Ginger
Stir Fry/Teriyaki
Teriyaki Marinade
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Classic Line
Balsamic Vinaigrette Classic Line
Thai Peanut

The Caramel Dip produced by Litehouse contains no gluten.
