I live in Charlotte, NC, and need a recommendation of a doctor who will see children that is very knowledgeable about non-celiac gluten intolerance.  I am in the process of trying to convince my daughter's father that she needs to strictly avoid gluten, and I need an MD that has credibility to back me up on this.  I am willing to travel anywhere really.  Thank you in advance.
