Hi everyone,

My son was diagnosed with Celiac disease yesterday (his brother was diagnosed 5 yrs ago).  He is supposed to go to a vocational school next year to pursue his interest in Culinary Arts.  Are there any Celiacs out there who, as diagnosed Celiacs, have successfully manuevered a Culinary arts program?  Any suggestions?
