Some of you may be aware that Boca Foods of Madison, Wisconsin has a
line of vegie-burgers called Boca Burgers. At least one of these, the
Original, was a gluten-free vegie burger. These burgers were quite good
and, in any case, they were the only gluten-free vegie burger I knew of.
They have recently re-formulated these products so that they now all
contain gluten (pure gluten, no less).

I have written to them about this issue relevant to Celiacs and they
responded that they would forward my letter to their marketing
department for review. I would suggest that anyone else interested in
the return of a good, gluten-free vegie-burger write them as well.
