Well, in my quest for Gluten Free Croissants, I found one thing to be
certain. If I do find some, I need to post the source! Also, it would
appear that this is the "missing link" for all of the gluten free baked good
items. I received approx 50 people saying,

"Good Luck"

"If you find them, let me know"

Someone gave me link to Kinniickinick - they don't make them

Got a link to http://www.celiacspecialties.com/bakery-pricelist.htm , they
also do not make them.

Someone game me this message:

"Unfortunately, unless you went in France (Valpiform) or Italy (Schaer I
believe) and England (I know they have one of the 2 brands above), there's
no place to buy GF croissants in North America so far. I posted a recipe
though in our forum:"

Someone gave this link in the U.K, I emailed them and they have not replied
yet, if they tell me that they can ship to USA, I will post.

I contacted my local "Health Food/Gourmet" Shop (Aspire Market in Scottsdale
Arizona) and their chef is working on one for our family. When I get those,
I will post how those tasted.

Bottom line, no commercially available croissants in USA at this time from
people who responded. Best bet, make your own :-(
