Ok folks, so now there are more foods to drop from my ever decreasing
shopping list.  I plan on trying Ener-G Foods puffed rice cold cereal.  Has
anyone tried it, and can give me a report on it...taste...sogginess...snap
crackle etc?
 
And Rice Dream seems to now be on the questionable list.  What other milk
substitutes have you tried?  I'm eating Ms. Van's waffles for breakfast
now.  While they are very good, they are also very expensive.  And I'm a
cold cereal fan in any event.
