Hello All,

I usually go to a non-celiac friend to vent my frustration but I've come to
value your opinion so I'll vent here this morning. I usually buy the large
golden delicious apples at my local produce market but last week I bought
the small ones because the large were more like jumbo. As a treat last
Saturday afternoon, I peeled one and opened a fresh jar of all natural
peanut butter and had a snack. I was gassy and bloated all night but
thought it was the peanut butter. During the week I usually eat an apple
late in the afternoon. I have been feeling gassy/bloated all week and my
gums started bleeding again - worse than I've ever seen it. Yesterday I
started feeling bad on the way home from work. It was obviously that apple.
I didn't have any fluids last night and I had an awful night. At that point
it felt more like a food allergy - like I had just eaten 6 jumbo shrimp. As
I sat on my bathroom floor at 1 a.m. and prayed to the porcelain god, I
decided to try drinking lots of water. That helped a lot.

So, food allergy, bad fruit, or what? I'm taking suggestions. Other than
the Gluten and shellfish, I don't have any other food problems that I know
of.

Thanks for listening,
