Dear Listmates -
I only had two responses on this.

One listmate had never tried the products, but said to check ingredients.

The other listmate had a problem develop from taking the Super Greens,
even though the manufacturer swears it is a gluten-free product, and now
has what she believes to be refractory CD, ulcers, and other problems that
appear to be due to - or were triggered by - taking this product. She has
lost 60 lbs and is seriously underweight now, and nothing will resolve.
My thanks to her for sharing this with me.

I have decided not to take this product.
