I have tried to lead a GF life for the past few months. I have
noticed something interesting: the longer you keep to a GF diet, the
more severe the reaction to an accidental ingestion of gluten. I can
speak with authority, because today I am suffering torments. I made
the mistake of going to a new retaurant last night - naturally. I only
get sick when I eat out.
In any case, has anybody else noticed this increased sensitivity
after going on a GF diet? With me each episode is dramatically worse
than the last.
Give me feedback, fellow celiacs. I will summarize. Mary in NYC.
