Recently I was asked an interesting question about genes. Can genes skip
a generation. For instance my paternal grandfather was born with no little
finger on his left hand. No one of his children has an absence of this
nature.
The question made me stop and think, when I remembered that I was born
without a left tube and ovary. This was not known until I had abdominal
surgery, many years ago, and the surgeon discovered that I had no left tube
and ovary.
Do any of you have any information or experience, that would possibly
shed any light on this subject?
