I watched "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" last night (8/17).  He interviewed Ellizabeth Pelly-Waldman, who is appealing to the Vatican to change the rule that communion hosts contain wheat.  It was a good interview that would be nice for everyone to see.  However, they only put selected video online, so I emailed the show asking that they put this one on. Also, during the interview, Keith Olbermann said that he HAS Celiac Disease, and so does his executive producer's daughter!
