The manufacturer called back (to answer the question about a dedicated
production area for gluten free waffles) to say they high pressure "air
spray" off the line to clean it between gluten & non-gluten production
of waffles.

One of the ingredients are "natural flavors"- they said it is vanilla.
When asked if the vanilla contained alcohol...... they said they would
get back to me, and that they plan to discontinue the use of the vanilla
in the recipie.

Still investigating to see if it is waffle heaven or the opposite.
