The ArizonaDietetics Association-Central and Northern Arizona Council on
Renal Nutrition's Fall Nutrition Conference will feature presentations on
Celiac Disease and the Gluten-Free Diet. Joyce Logvin, RD, CDE will be
speaking on the medical aspects and LynnRae Ries, author of "Waiter, is
there wheat in my soup?" will be speaking on the Gluten-Free Lifestyle and
