Hi,

While updating our food database, I noticed that Beech-Nut lists
several Stage 2 Dinners on their gluten free list that don't look
gluten free. These include Macaroni & Beef, Beef Noodle Dinner,
and Chicken Noodle Dinner.

I called the company and discovered that they really are gluten
free. The company uses rice noodles and rice macaroni in those
meals!!

The head of their diet department has multiple food allergies and
makes an extra effort to keep potential allergens out of their
products. Of course I let them know how pleased I was.
