Have you ever dreamed of finding a grocery store run by a celiac?
Well, we have found the next best thing in Valparaiso Indiana. We
noticed that one of our local grocery stores has a very good
selection of GF foods in the health food section . While shopping
there yesterday I mentioned to the person stocking shelves how much
we appreciated their wide selection of GF foods.

We soon discovered that we were talking to the department manager,
Lorree, AND SHE IS A CELIAC!!! WooHoo!!!

The store is the Wise-Way at 2800 North Calumet Ave, Valparaiso IN
46383 219-464-3571 (opposite K-Mart). There are several other
WiseWay stores, but Lorree manages the health food section IN THIS
STORE ONLY, not any of the others. The GF selection in the other
stores is sparse at best.

Lorree expressed a desire to add more GF items, but also frustration
because she has only a small area to work with. If the sales of GF
food suddenly increased, and the head of this family owned chain,
Donald Weiss, 1000 E. 80th Place, Merrillville, IN 46410 were to
receive letters of appreciation, this good situation might get even
better.

Hint Hint.
