Hi Celiacphiles,
Here is another gluten reaction cure:

... homemeade chicken broth and frozen pedialyte popsicles.  These are
found in the drugstore dept., maybe with the infant stuff.. I usually have
to ask, because every store keeps it in a different location.  You take them
home and freeze them, then nibble slowly.
