Hello,

Last night I went out to dinner for my mom's birthday & about 1 1/2 hours later I ended up very gassy with a quick one time stabbing on the inside of my left breast & then looser bowels but also just once.  I have experienced this on occasion before & now wonder if these are my symptoms when accidentally ingesting gluten.

Heart problems have been ruled out & gastroenterologist says gas does not cause chest pain but in my case they often if not always coincide so I am curious if anyone else experiences the same thing & know for sure it is gluten related?
