I received a gracious email informing me of this site that has a great
listing of gluten-free foods,

However, on that list is a listing of Barbara's Corn Flakes as
gluten-free.  My previous posting was a note to all concerned about that
fact that Barbara's cannot guarantee their gluten-free status because of
cross-contamination problems.  And I cannot find the Health Valley Blue
Corn Flakes cereal out in the Wasteland here in Reno, Nevada.  I will
still summarize from my previous posting about a gf cereal, particularly
corn flakes.
