Dear List,

Thanks for all the responses. I do realize that chewing gum is not a
necessary item in daily life, but when you are 9 years old, it's a nice treat.

Here's the results:

everyone who responded claimed that all Wrigley's products are GF

one mentioned the Clan Thompson guide which is available at
http://www.idsl.net/celiac

the on-line guide at http://geocities.com/HotSprings/Spa/4003/gf-candy.html
listed the following gums as GF: CareFree sugarless bubble gum, cinnamon,
peppermint and spearmint. Fruit Stripe bubble gum. Clorets, Dentyne,
Freedent (peppermint, winter fresh, spearmint), Trident-all (one respondent
had a severe seizure reaction to this), Stick Free sugarless peppermint,
sugarless spearmint.

Thanks again to all who responded. Elizabeth has had a couple of pieces, and
now it sits in the drawer: the thrill is gone.
