Dear List Mates,

I picked up an interesting gluten-free bread book at our library's new book
section: *Gluten-Free on a Shoestring Bakes Bread*. It looked interesting
even to the point of trying out recipes. So far I've made only one.

I don't often blog, but I did post my book review, along with photos here:
http://bit.ly/GF_Bake . This is equivalent to
http://home.comcast.net/~vhdolcourt/gfbaking. You can click-through to
either version to land on my home page. The hyperlink to the blog is right
above the links to bread recipes and in the center of the page.

If you have the book, please let me know your impressions. You have the
choice to disagree with me, and if you do, please be nice about it. I'm
happy for all emails.

Best regards,
