Hi,

I will be traveling to Hong Kong, Xi'an (China), Beijing and Tokyo soon,
and the trip will last three weeks. I will only have access to a kitchen
for about a week in Hong Kong. I am planning to take some food with me
(almonds, raisins, microwave popcorn).

MSG makes me very sick, as does soy sauce.

Are there celiac restaurant cards in Cantonese, Mandarin and/or Japanese?

Does anyone have any suggestions of restaurants, stores, contact people,
etc. in those cities?

Will I have problems taking food (and vitamins) through customs? Do I
have to keep everything in the original (big and bulky) bottles?

I did a search in the archives and found nothing.

Thank you very much!
