Hello Everyone,

    The Fresh Fields/Whole Foods Markets in the northern Virginia area that I
have been to recently have coupon booklets available near the front door.
The booklets called "Look Inside!"  are small--about 3 1/2" by 5 1/2"--and
can be easily overlooked.  But inside them are coupons for Lundberg products,
Balance Bar, gf Frookies, and Health Valley products, to name a few.  Gf
Frookies are on sale at Fresh Fields/ Whole Foods this month, so with the 50
cent coupon, I bought them for $1.49 per package.  Hope this can help save
some $$$.
