Great News! Sydney’s Health Market opened Sept. 1, 2007 at 302 27th St.
N, Fargo ND. 701-526-0983. Stephanie Engel is the owner and her daughter
Sydney was diagnosed the day after her second birthday. Sydney is now 6
years old.

At Sydney’s Health Market you will see customers doing the “Happy Dance”
when they discover everything in the store is Gluten-Free with many organic
items that are also gluten free. This is a great place to shop even if you are
not celiac but have other allergies. Many items are free of most allergens.
Brands include, Made by Mona, Gifts of Nature, Kinnikinnick, Miss Robens, The
Craving Place, Namaste, Josefs, Glutino, Glutano, Grandma Ferdons, Ians,
S’Better Farms, Madwoman, Foods by George and many many more.

Red River Celiacs members are very excited about this new store in Fargo so
we don’t have to order online and pay outrageous shipping charges! We want
to get the word out for all those that may be on the list and travel to Fargo
ND, that there is now a store where you can get frozen, refrigerated, and
packaged gluten free food all in one place. It is small but expanding into
larger space in very near future.

Everything from Party Wings, Chicken Strips, French Toast Sticks, frozen
breads and dough, tea cakes, donut holes! Join us in celebrating with
Stephanie and Sydney on Friday Sept. 21st from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. for an open
house and spread the word to your friends.

Stacey Juhnke, Red River Celiacs Branch Manager, Fargo ND
