I am hoping my celiac list mates can help me out once again. In
October, I am accompanying my husband to Padua for a business trip. We
plan to be there for a week. After a few days in Venice, we hope to
find a bed and breakfast arrangement with a small kitchen in the
countryside in Tuscany, somewhere convenient to Siena and Florence. We
fly home out of Pisa.

By the time we get to Tuscany I will have been away from home (and my
own kitchen) for 2 weeks and will be looking for restaurants, breads
and other treats.

If any of you have suggestions for places to eat, shop, or have
information regarding a quaint, modest place to stay, please let us
know. We have rented a small farmhouse in Provence once a year for
several years, and would like to find something similar in Tuscany.

I am eagerly anticipating this trip, and know that some of you out there
will have some information on the areas mentioned. Thanks.
