I received this info from Bucca di Beppo today. Apparently they questioned the info that they sent to me twice. The cheesecake is NOT GF. The Grande Tomato Salad is ok except you must order it without Rosemary Bread.

Happy GF Eating!

Barb,

I'm sorry to inform you that the Cheesecake is made with wheat. Additionally, the Grande Tomato Salad is served with Rosemary Bread that contains wheat, this item can be ordered with the bread on the side. Please disregard from the gluten-free list that we sent to you.

Ciao!!

I promise that this is my last question regarding the cheesecake.

Could you please ask how the cheesecake pan is prepared? Is it dusted with flour or prepared with a spray that contains flour? Is the procedure something that is open to change depending on the restaurant?

Thank you so much for your time.
