Our daughter's gastroenterologist contacted us this week and was
wondering if we had information related to Celiac Disease (basic info-
Diet Sheets- FAQ'S- History/diagnosis/treatment ) written in the
Spanish language.  Apparently, he has a diagnosed case of CD where the
family speaks primarily Spanish and is sort of at a loss for anything
to give them that will give them a basis on how to deal with this diet
and condition.  Any help and information you can send to us to forward
