I received many responses confirming what Breyers told me.  "They don't test
for Gluten"

This is fine because thanks to the list, I am eatting Edys icecream.  All
except the obvious gluten containing ones.  Also If it were my birthday and
I wanted an icecream cake I can have carvels ice cream cake just have them
substitute fudge instead of the crunchies.  I am quite content with that.
