Hi guys,

I have a question on MSG.  I remember reading that it was a no no for us
yet it was listed as one of the ingredients in a brand of chicken soup
mix that claimed to be GF.  It was found on the GF shelves of my local
health food store.  So, is it, or isn't it ok and if not, why not?
