I’ve recently tried frozen potatoes from both Alexia and Cascadian Farms. They’ve been a real hit with my husband and son. My son– age 20-- in particular is not a fan of food that tastes healthy, so you know they must be good. ☺

From Alexia (http://www.alexiafoods.com/product.html)  I’ve tried
* Hanna Gold (Sweet Potato Julienne Fries with Sea Salt)
* Oven Reds (Olive Oil, Sun Dried Tomatoes, and Pesto)
* Oven Fries (Olive Oil, Rosemary, and Garlic)

From Cascadian Farms (http://www.cfarm.com/cfarm/products/product_detail.asp?category=13) we’ve tried
* Hash browns
* Oven French fries (my son said they tasted just like regular fries)

Dawn @ the Jersey Shore
(I have no financial interest in either company, just am really lazy in the kitchen *and* like good tasting food)
