Hi. I just found a new product in the store made by the "Snack Factory" that
looks like it may be ok. It is fat free carmel popcorn and the ingredients
are: brown sugar, corn syrup, popcorn, salt, natural flavors (?!), lecithin,
canola oil, baking soda. They also have maple glazed rice puffs: brown
sugar, ca rice, corn syrup, lecithin, canola oil, defatted rice bran, salt, and
natural flavors (?!).

Both sound ok to me for a gluten/casein free diet except maybe the flavors.

Has anyone tried these and had any reactions?

The company's address is P.O. Box 3562, Princeton, NJ. Perhaps someone in
the Princeton area can give them a buzz?
