"I have some conflicting information on vitamn E. I break out in acne-
like blemishes with vitamin E. I have been told that celiacs can be
allergic to the vitamin but also told it is the gluten in the capsule. Any
collaborating eveidence available?"

I break out when taking Vitamin E in gelcap form. I now take it in dry
form and have no problems. I get mine from a health food store and the
package indicates that it is wheat and gluten-free.

Hope this helps.
