I just saw the Philly cheesecake question and since I've seen no summary, I
thought I'd tell the list what many of us probably already know but the
newest folks might not --- in the U.S., Kraft will clearly list any gluten.
So if the ingredients don't include wheat, rye, barley or oats, it's GF.
What sounded like Kraft not giving a clear answer, was probably them trying
to say that all you have to do is read the label.
