For all those in the Denver Metro area--Sugarless Sensations (6904 S.
Broadway, Littleton 794-2753) will do a trial run of baking bread
tomorrow if they get enough interest.  The bread recipe does contain
small amounts of amaranth and quinoa.
    I have no financial or other interest in this bakery.  I just want to
find some (non-frozen) gf bread for my celiac son.
