My Celiac friends highly recommend the Zojirushi S-15A. Since it's rather
pricey, I did some shopping around. I found Zabar's in Manhatten to be the
lowest @ approx $240. You can get their number from NYC directory assistance,
212-555-1212. They mail order anywhere. Before I got around to ordering, I
found that my local military exchange had it for roughly the same price, so any
of you with exchange privileges may find it right down the street on your base.
That was only yesterday, so I can't vouch for how good the machine is.

I also found Zojirushi America Corp to be a very Celiac friendly company. When
I called to ask for dealers in my local area, I happened to mention why I was
looking for one particular model of their product line. They sent me a gluten
free bread recipe pamphlet called THE SPRUE GURU, taken from Lifeline, the
Celiac Sprue Assoc./USA newsletter. It's not often you find a company so
willing to go out of its way to show such consideration to a potential customer.
Zojirushi America's number is 800 733-6270.
