I’ve just returned from Spain and wanted to let everyone know that Spain is a great place to visit where restaurants & waitstaff clearly know and understand celiac issues. However, I did want to let everyone know to be careful of a beer called Daura Damm. It is available everywhere and is touted as gluten free but if you are at all sensitive you may have issues with it, as I did.
