Hi all,

On the recommendations of a friend I went to the health food store to buy some soba noodles.

I was happy to see a gluten free pasta section. I also wanted to try the corn pasta I read about here on the list.

The soba noodles were on a top shelf with a label underneath that sais gluten free. I did not take their word and read the ingredients (second nature now) first ingredient: wheat!
I had to go to another section of the store to find the soba noodles that were 100% buckwheat.

I bought lots of gf products including many brands that I found recommended on this list. It is very helpful to read this list and belong to a support group!
