Does anyone know of a "Lactaid"-type pill that's gf?
I try to avoid dairy, since it makes my stomach ache,
but since it's not long-term damaging like gluten, I
sometimes want to eat something w/dairy in it. I had
good results with a Kroger generic lactose intolerance
pill, but just the other day, I noticed that the dang
pills "Contain Wheat." I hadn't thought to look! Oy
vey! I wonder if that was contributing to my recent
spate of migraines...

I'm open to alternative/homeopathic/etc. solutions, as
well as allopathic ones.

Thanks.

Sarah P.
