I have heard many people say that TVP (texturized vegetable protein)
shouldn't be eaten by a celiac. At my local health food store they told me
that the one they sold in their bulk bins is made only from soy. Is that okay
then?

I am curious as to others that have tried it and how they have felt or if
they have had reactions to it.
