Hi Everyone,

I spoke with John at Culvers (608-644-2124) today and they are currently working on a gluten free list that will be posted on their website (www.culvers.com).  He is hopeful that it will be available by the end of this year.  They are reviewing every single item on their menu and it is quite time consuming.

Until the list is posted, you can go the website and review ingredients listings for each item.  You would click on Menu on the left side of the screen, then on choice calculator, and then you will get up a screen where you have choices.  Click on whatever choice you want and then click on the little calculator beside it.  You will get a complete ingredient list for that item.

He did mention that he knows that the vanilla custard is GF.
