Thanks to all for your help on the Chicago Metallic Professional
Perforated French Bread Pan.

I seems that several of you already have this pan and have had little
or no trouble with it. Some advised using parchment paper, all
recommended using oil spray, and many also recommended Bette Hagman’s
recipe for French bread. Only two people said that they did not
recommend the pan, which I thought was excellent as I have received a
total of 20 replies!

BTW, there was a “baguette” pan made by Chicago for the same price!
(sandwich rolls, hot dog bun?) You can find both of these pans at
Amazon. Here are the links:

These Chicago products are listed as “The lowest price of the summer” so
if you are entertaining the idea of purchase I imagine that you would
need to think about ordering soon. They also qualify for free shipping
(requires a $25.00 min. order and you must CHOOSE free shipping)

I look forward to letting you know my own results using these pans!
