I am writing in regards to the Hitatchi Bread Machine. I have an
elderly aunt in Nova Scotia who recently purchased this type of machine
and thus far, she has been unsuccessful in baking a gluten-free bread.
After being diagnosed some 40 years ago or more, she has never eaten
gluten-free bread. She was very happy I talked her into a bread
machine purchase. I have a Wel-Bilt 150 so I am not familiar with the
Hitatchi. She said the bread is like a ball of dough, very glue-like
and does not appear to rise. Anyone with a similar bread machine that
can offer me some advice, please write back! Thanks so much for your
help.
