With the exception of EnerG Foods and smaller places like the Gluten Free
Pantry, all apparently GF commercial food in the US is produced in a non-GF
plant and, even worse, on a production line through which non GF foods are
processed.

So if Temptations were my morning delight, I'd find out what Kellog's does
to schedule use of that line and clean it before running that version of
Temptations.

Likewise for any other commercial food.
