Suggestions for a heavy duty pain killer:
Percodan, Ultram, Darvocet (NOT generic) (2 people), Fiorinal (not
generic), Anaprox, Lortab Elixer, Lorban. Two people mentioned using
Vicoden without problems and one reported no problems with Tylenol/codeine.
I will call to confirm the current status of these with the manufacturers
before taking them- Thanks for all the suggestions.

I won't summarize the responses about general Nepal travel or weight loss,
as it was a pretty specific question. If anyone wants to hear more, let me
know! But thanks for all the response- I'm nervous but feel preety good
about this trip and am very excited!
