I just recently found out that this pizza buffet chain offers a low-carb
pizza.  You pay $3.99 for the buffet but they will make you a pizza in a metal pan
with the toppings you select.  It is basically the sauce, toppings and
cheese.  I had one today and it was pretty good.  Of course, we can't take advantage
of the pasta or breads available.  I thought it was a very reasonable price
for salad and a pizza.  This also makes it easy to eat out with non-celiacs.
This chain started in Texas and is mostly down south, per the manager, but we
are starting to get some here in Ohio.
