Thank you to everyone who responded to my query.  I received 37
responses and the overwhelming consensus - over 90 percent agreed that
my reaction to vinegar was not related to gluten status or CD but in
fact is an allergy.  I do suffer from several food allergies and this
confirms what I believed.  Thanks to all.
