Regarding Brown Sugar, I believe the ingredient to question is the
"invert sugar."  I contacted Imperial because they are in the Houston
area, and they say it is not made with or added with any gluten-
containing ingredient.  This invert sugar may be a problem for some food-
sensitive people, not necessarily celiacs.  You should check out your
local brand that you wish you use and question the invert sugar process.
