I will be traveling to Pensacola, FL and would like to know if there are any celiac friendly restaurants?  We will be there to watch our son commissioned as an officer in the Navy and will be doing some sightseeing around the naval base.  Does anyone know if there are stores that carried gluten free items?

Also, we will have a layover at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport where my sisters will meet us and want to take us to lunch/dinner.  Does anyone know of any restaurants in the MacArthur/635 area?
