Thanks for your responses from which I learned(a bit  confusing) that Sherry 
Lynn's(thanks for the website:  
http://www.sherrylynnsglutenfree.net/info.html) is in Brunswick just  outside of Troy and highly recommended, (great 
fritters). a Gluten Free  Baking and More is not an eating establishment, but rather 
a business owned by  the author of "Easy Gluten-Free  Baking" and the owner of 
_www.glutenfreebaking.com_ (http://www.glutenfreebaking.com) .

Also someone recommended the Blue Benn Diner as aware of GF  needs.
 
 If anyone has good suggestions for a place to stop for dinner between  
Westchester and Albany as well as other ideas between Albany and Manchester, I  
would love to get those as well.We're not sure about our timing so it's nice to  
have some choices. I do already know where the Outbacks are.
