Ruby Range blend of nutritious flours give the Ruby Range Mixes improved flavor and texture - even 5 star pastry chefs have give the taste, flavor and nutritional value a thumbs up. Two Thanksgiving recipes are below for more recipes try the web site: www.therubyrange.com

The unique ingredients that give the Ruby Range it's taste and texture and add protein, faiber, vitamins and minerals:

Mesquite Meal: is from pods of the mesquite tree. A sweet tasting flour with a glycemic index of 25, balances blood sugar, is up to 20% protein, and is high in fiber, minerals, and vitamins. For thousands of years mesquite was the staple food of indigenous peoples in the Southwest US and around the world.

Teff Flour: is from a small grain originating in Ethiopia. With it's nutty, sweet flavor it is high in potassium, calcium, iron, protein and fiber. It provides B vitamins, and many trace minerals. The Ethipoian diet derives 23% of their daily nutrition form teff.

Organic Sucanat: from dehydrated fresh pressed cane sugar is lower in sucrose and has a lower glycemic response than refined sugar. Sucanat contains 35 mineral salts. One gram of Sucanat equals 15 grams of carbohydrates.
