Has anyone had trouble with calcium supplements? My doc says I should be
using 1000 - 1500 mg per day, but every time I try to take calcium (citrate,
and others) I get very bloated. I have contacted the companies, and they
tell me there is not a chance of gluten contamination, but I wonder. I know
that calcium can be difficult for people with celiac disease to absorb, but
this bloating is bad news. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Chris
